Kavi Arasu V is an accomplished learning and development professional with over 17 years of experience in the field. He has a strong technical background in web programming, DevOps, and cloud technologies. Currently, Kavi is serving as the Head of Asia - Software Academy at Continental, where he leads a team to define strategies and execute plans for upskilling, cross-skilling, and reskilling the workforce in the software domain. Kavi's expertise in learning and development extends beyond his role as the Head of Asia - Software Academy. He collaborates with subject matter experts to define the learning landscape for embedded curriculum and works with learning designers to create differential learning experiences, new types of courses, learning packages, and learning paths. Kavi is passionate about creating benchmark courses with hands-on environments and awesome learning experiences. Before joining Continental, Kavi held leadership positions at Mindtree, where he contributed to competency development activities as an L&D SME. Kavi holds a Master of Technology (MTech) in Computer Network & Engineering from BMS College of Engineering, Bangalore, and a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Information Science and Engineering from Dayananda Sagar University, Bangalore. Kavi's technical expertise includes DevOps and web programming, and he has relevant experience of 18.78 years.
